Tackle Stress and Anxiety

Does your child struggle with anxiety or stress? Are they complaining of stomach aches or other issues and becoming fearful of everyday activities?  Learn the difference between anxiety and stress, how to recognize signs, and explore ways to help kids manage their stress both in and out of school.

Top Secret Project: Decoding the Mystery of the Teen Domain
 
 Top Secret Project helps parents recognize hazards that are often in plain sight. This exhibit includes hundreds of items that could be a signal that there’s a problem.

The exhibit is interactive and accompanied by a presentation by Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation staff – held in collaboration with YSB and District 834.
