Myron Bailey, Chair of Board of Directors
Mayor, City of Cottage Grove
Myron was appointed to the board in January of 2018. He has been married for 35 years and is the father of 3 boys and grandfather of 2, with one more grandchild on the way. Myron and his wife have served as foster parents for a family of 4 kids, who were all adopted earlier this year. Myron also serves as the Mayor of Cottage Grove has been for the past 11 years.

Brian Zeller, Vice Chair of Board of Directors
Managing Partner and Broker, Greystone Commercial
Brian was born and raised in the river valley. He attended St. Thomas academy and the university of St Thomas. He is currently the Mayor of Lakeland Shores. Brian was previously Mayor of Lakeland for six years, present Commissioner on the Washington County CDA, board chair of the MSCWMO, past chair of Washington county library board, Washington county parks and rec board and former executive board member of the Stillwater and Hudson Chambers of commerce.
Psychologist, Stillwater High School
Colleen is a School Psychologist at Stillwater Area High School. She has started her 17th year in the Stillwater School District this fall, but has been a school psychologist for over 30 years. Colleen graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Psychology, with graduate level work in school psychology at University of River Falls-Wisconsin. Colleen completed her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Bethel University, in 2015. Colleen is passionate about helping students and families as they journey through the educational system, especially students with disabilities.
Colleen has been on the board of YSB for 4 years. She believes in the mission of YSB, as they support students and families. “I have seen lives changed through the support and counseling provided at YSB. YSB has been supportive of the Stillwater School District coming to help in times of crisis to support students, families, and staff. YSB cares about the students, families and schools in this community. We are lucky to have such an organization partnering with us.”
Assistant Vice President Wealth Management,Technology & Operations Services US Bank
Khurram has been married for 12 years and is the father of 2 girls and 1 boy. He has been working at US Bank over the last 4 years and in the IT world for over 14 years. He was born and raised in Pakistan and moved to the Unites States for college. He graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato and received his Masters degree from University of St. Thomas in Business Analytics, with an emphasis on Big Data and Business Intelligence. Khurram joined the Youth Service Bureau board as a member in Dec 2018.
“The mission of this organization is very near and dear to my heart. Having young kids, I can feel the suffering of the families going through the issues. What YSB does is beyond belief, and I am very excited for the new program around military families. I am hoping to help in providing some insight for cultural issues that occur with these topics. I have a strong community of people from various cultures and feel that it is important to make sure we reach out to all of these areas.”
VP of Revenue, Dedicated Networks, Inc.
Tom and his wife, Temre, have been married for 23 years and have 4 teenage daughters. They have lived in Stillwater their entire working life. Tom has spent most of his career at 3M and Andersen Windows and is now working at the VP of Revenue for Dedicated Networks, Inc. Dedicated Networks is a high growth reseller of refurbished networking equipment serving customers around the world, and Tom serves as the leadership for all customer and market facing teams including Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Purchasing and Customer Care. Tom has been on the board since 2018 and is currently serving as the Development Committee Chairman.
