Her high-energy style, paired with humor and sharp insights, creates a powerful atmosphere that leaves audiences feeling motivated and ready to make a difference.
A proud Canadian with Italian roots, Paula holds degrees in Humanities and Education from Lakehead University. She’s passionate about helping people master networking, embrace innovation, and harness tools like Generative AI to reach their goals.
When she’s not captivating audiences, Paula enjoys creating the perfect charcuterie board, tackling home projects, and playing piano at special events. She’s also a proud mom, a fabulous daughter-in-law, and the “Mrs.” to her husband’s “Santa” during the holidays.

A Cottage Grove native and Park High School graduate, Ryan has dedicated his life to serving and protecting his community. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Bemidji State University, Ryan began his career in law enforcement, working in both corrections and patrol. Since returning to Cottage Grove in 2014, he has taken on multiple roles, including Firearms Instructor, Field Training Officer, Rotating Detective, and Community Engagement Officer — showing an unwavering commitment to public safety and community connection.
Ryan’s journey is one of resilience, dedication, and heart. His story will leave you feeling inspired and reminded of the power of service and connection.
