Youth & Family Therapist
Location: Stillwater, MN | Schedule: Full-time, M–F, flexible hours
Salary: $57,000 – $85,000/year + excellent benefits

We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled therapist to provide assessment and therapy to youth (ages 5–24) and their families. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team focused on quality care—not quotas.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide therapy and assessments (60% direct service)
- Maintain timely documentation using our EHR system
- Coordinate with schools, counties, and community providers
- Offer community education and participate in supervision
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related field
- MN license (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- Experience working with youth and families
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Chemical Health Specialist
Title: Chemical Health Specialist- High School Level
Reports to: Executive Director and/or Lead Chemical Health Specialist
Exempt Status: Exempt
Position Overview: Provide chemical-use screening, early intervention, and related support services to students and their families in collaboration with local schools. Position includes summers oC. Position will be in district 833- Cottage Grove and Woodbury area.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide chemical use pre-assessment and related short-term individual counseling, referrals and follow-up to students and their families.
- Participate in scheduled student support team meetings at assigned schools and provide executive consultation with school partners.
- Demonstrate leadership in collaborating with a wide range of youth serving organizations, school districts, local community organizations.
- Assist students and their families with transitions into, or back from, chemical health treatment.
- Provide various support groups based on student need.
- Engage parents to support youth and make appropriate referrals to outside resources such as mental health therapy and other chemical health support.
- Regular travel to multiple school locations is associated with this position.
- Provide community education on specific chemical health topics and representing Youth Service Bureau services.
- Participate in regular supervision meetings.
- Participate in gathering and reporting of various outcome data.
- Maintain records and enter timely and accurate data.
- Participate in teaching the Chemical Awareness Program class.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. in Psychology, Social Work, or health services related field.
- LADC or AODA licensure preferred.
- Previous experience working in educational settings preferred.
- Experience working with at-risk youth or families.
- Cultural competency and experience is desired.
- Flexible in providing services in multiple sites with varying needs and structures.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and daily access to an automobile.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
